From subtle flicks to extreme wings, eyeliner is set to take the stage. POWER BROWS: Ah, the power brow. This time the full brow is given a makeover with strong, elegent pwoderful brows. These brows are taken more to an extreme than fuller, thicker brows but are certainly striking.
